7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, standard shipping is estimated to take 7–15 business days.

The estimated total delivery period is therefore 8–18 business days.

Standard shipping is free on all orders under our current Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer remedies relating to delayed or failed delivery.

nookelia covers approved return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrect products.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, product-conformity, and consumer-guarantee rights remain unaffected.
