At nookelia, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after an order is delivered.

Please review the following terms and conditions before requesting a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under our voluntary return policy, the item must generally be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received;

• Returned with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible; and

• Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase.

Trying on an apparel item solely to confirm fit does not make it used, provided it remains clean, undamaged, and has not been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine fit.

Nothing in these conditions limits mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or nonconforming goods.
